The paper had in view the physico-mechanical properties of the sized yarns obtained on rotor spinning systems. There have been sized Nm 40/1 and Nm 50/1 yarns, which have been carded and combed, accomplished on rotor spinning frames. There has been had in view the break load, break elongation and the abrasion resistance of the sized yarns obtained on the carded system.
