Heberlein manufactures interlacing jets for filament yarn manufacture and for blending yarns for spinning, spin drawtexturing, drawtwisting, draw winding, false twist texturing, air covering, and co-interlacing. Its Pulsar novelty yarn system uses intermittent air flow suply to the jet to regulate the spacing between interlacing joints for controlling special color effects when blending two yarns with different dye behaviors. Its HemaJet LB features improved ceramics for better durability and shorter cleaning cycles. The S-Jet core series for the HemaJet improves performance 30 percent at identical air pressure. The PolyDisc friction discs operate at speeds of 900-1,100 meters per minute with high chemical and mechanical stability and high durability.
