The Constant-Lubricating system improves the running properties of yarns during beaming, warping, weaving, and knitting. The system lubricates the yarn before the twisting zone without saturating the yarn core. Its newly designed wetting unit features an upper and lower part with different granulation, resulting in uniform lubrication transport. Both the upper and lower parts can be removed separately for routine maintenance or replacement. For several years, Volkmann GmbH has been equipping its Krefeld two-for-one twisting machine with the Constant-Lubritwist system.
