The Uster Qualiprofile of the Uster Tester 4-sx represents a new possibility of describing the charaxcteristics of a yarn. This quality profile provides a graphic representation of the test values, with a simultaneous color-coded classification and evaluation of the measured values, which are extremely easy to read and interpret. The primary objective is to offer a graphics diagram which, even without numerical values, will provide simple but comprehensive information of the final yarn quality. The system is described in same detail, and practical examples for assessing yarn quality under different circumstances are given.
