Fong's Textile Machinery Company recently introduced the MK8 Double Ropesoft high temperature dyeing machine after five years of laboratory development and one year of mill testing. According to information proveded by Batson Yarn and Fabrics Machinery, Fong's representatives in the United States, the MK8 combines high capacity-up to 350 kilograms of dye per tube-with precisely controlled liquor flow. The machine requires approxiately half the floor space of similar equipment from other manufacturers. The dyebath chambers of the MK8 feature soft nozzles that minimize chemical abrasion and impart a superior finish.
