Pollution: understanding the problems for a better solution

The improtance given to environmental problems in the textile industry has spurred a study to identify possible solutions to polltion problems, starting with water pollution. The study will be focused o criticla sectors such as users of large volumes of water or which cause a great deal of water pollution. Textiles often have specific characteristics which must be considered: textile apparel being a fashion product, any solution which limits the range offered to the final consumer will be rejected; it is an industry which in fact covers sectors which are fumdamentally different from each other; in the final apparel, the raw material has undergone numerous treatments which genarate both added values and specific problems.
