Smart's tubular knit drying machine features shrinkage stability, ease of operation and maintenance, and competitive pricing. The design of the dryer creates individual drying zones. Each zone contains a burner, jet tubes, two exhaust outlets, and two circulation fans. The fabric travels on a 14 gage flat wire stainless steel conveyor belt. Openings in the belt maximize air flow. The controls for the dryer are located on two panels. A large power panel holds the motor starters and variable frequency drives. A smaller panel contains burner and temperature controls.
