Dalton Industrial Systems' Instacolor, a continuous flow metering and measuring system, produces specified shades on carpets from three prtmary color dyestuffs. The system comprises two flow meters and a valve control for each promary dye. Precise control of dye flow allows for quick delivery of a continuous and homogeneous blend. The system stores thousands of dye recipes. Dyes in the promary colors are used at two conecntration levels, one for the production of light shades and the other for the production of dark shades. Instamix is a system that delivers a proper mixture of chemicals involved in a designated chemical treatment. The system comprises a variable speed pump, a flow meter, filters, and three-way valves for each chemical.
