The Arioli Flash Ager is proving to be successful in printing factories that are subject to regulations governing the use of hygroscopics. The flash Ager fixes reactive dyes by using a two-step process. Cotton or viscose fabrics are printed without fixing agents. Fixing agents are applied later on by a special pad mangle located under the Flash Ager chamber. With the Arioli Flash Ager, it is possible to avoid any infrared predrying after chemical impregnation with sodium silicate. A steam heater is supplied with the device, which reduces humidity and the migration of prints.
