Fleissner recently upgraded the design of its auxiliary converyor dwelling bath to improve the efficiency of tis open width washing machinery. Fleissner's washing machines depend on a combination of perforated durms, cage rollers, and spray nozzles with steam-tight enclosures to prevent the escape of hazardardous vapors. The new dwelling bath consists of modular watertight intake and discharge sections. A double boiler provides indirect heating, and the temperaure of the bath sections can be adjusted individually. Each bath section contains a centrifugal pump and a spray nozzle. a microprocessor controlled onveyor system transports the fabric through the bath sections and a series of squeezer rollers. Fleissner's auziliary dwelling bath accommodates fabric widths ranging from 1,800 to 3,400 millimeters.
