In early 1993, members fo the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ONRL) travelled to the headquartes of Ciba-Geigy in Basel, Switzerland, to present seminars and hold technicl doscusseions reviewing ONRL research in textile dyeing. In turn, the Ciba researchers shared their latest findings in textile dyeing with the ONRL representatives. Both organizations agreed to collaborate in the near future.
