German based textile machinery manufacturer Proll && Lohmann recently introduced the Colorcombi, a high capacity batch dyeing machine for men's ad woment's hosiery. The Colorcombi features an average operational liquor ratio of 1:6 and an electronic dispensing and metering system that maximizes productivity. The loading capacity of the Colorcombi ranges from 5 to 300 kilograms per batch, depending on the size of the main dyeing tank. The rotaional speed of the inner drum varies from 2 to 8 rpm to promote level dyeing and depth of shade. An optional hydroextraction unit facilitates special finishing aftertreatments to improve fastness.
