Ramisch Kleinewefers is constructing a state-of-the-art pad-steam range in Belgium. The range use vat and sulfur dyes, and will orovide efficient, problem-free handlign of a wide range of woven fabric, including cotton and blends with pooyester and viscose, including cotton and blends with ppolyester and viscose. The pad-steam range is centered around Ramisch Kleinewefers' Bicoflex padder. It features automatic comprehensive control systems and automatic cleaning functions, as well as many optional extras. The range includes contimuous batch change with J-box and transprot elecments controlled by photocells. The dye steamer is capable of under liquor cleaning. A multiform water lock si followed in sequence by a totally enclosed washin gsection with stripping rollers and a totally enclosed bank of drying cylinders. Motive power for the range s drawn from an AC multimotor drive with frequency control. It includes a chemical station with individual additive feed and an integrated hydrosulfite dissooving unit.
