Texicon's Autofoam system impregnates needlefelt fabric sfor use in the autombile in dustry. The system can be installed as part of a larger, more complete production line. Autofoam makes it easy to control the penetration of the binder into the mass of fibers. The foam is produced by a double rotor water-cooled dynamic foam genertor. Appllcation to the fabric is synchronized with the throughput speed to nsure uniform impregnation.
