MCS recently introduced two new dyeing machines: the Lon Horn M and Hera. Both machiens have incresed kettle diameters and achieve larger dyeing capacities with production amounts of up to 200 kilograms perrope and up to six ropes. The Long Horn M uses the jet/flow principle, which offers maximum flexibility when processing different materials. The Hera, which is identical to the Long Horn M in many construction features, uses an air injection system that achieves higher trubulence for dyeing microfiber fabrics or microfiber fabric blends.
