Roaches Engineering's Pyrotec range of infrared heated laboratory dyeing machines has single and multibath capabilities. Two and three bath models process a number of samples simultaneously at varying volumes and temperatures. An online computer controls the processing conditions, which permits the simulations of production processes. The Adchem device dispenses chemicals to the sytem. Other introductions from Roaches for wet processing are the M10 jet and Colortec, which are both available with a dosing pump, flow meter, and pH meter. The Colortec is notable for its advanced automation package, which is capable for process optimization and mathematical modeling. Linked to a spectrophotometer, the Colortec enables laboratories to record and analyze data under simulated production conditions.
