H. Krantz Textiltechnik GmbH installed a Blow-Dye prototype dyeing machine at the Cemtas mill in Istanbul, Turkey. The Blow-Dye is suitable for all tubular goods that do not require high temperature processing. Fabric transport is continuously adjustable. The liquor feed utilizes a pressureless overflow system. Adjustable chamber widths optimize operating capacity. The maximum dyeing temperature is 98 degrees centigrade. Nominal machine capacity is 110 kilograms per rope. Blow-Dye machines are available with one to six scrays.
