MCS's Soft Flow (SF) series of dyeing machines are suitable for either low temperature or high temperature dyeing of knit and woven fabrics in rope form. The SF range includes four machines: SF 90, SF 99 Silk, SF 99, and SF 100. The SF 90, which was the first model to be introduced, features a flow jet transport system and a horizontal vat for fabric relaxation. Building on the basic design pioneered by the SF 90, the SF 99 and SF 99 Silk models are suitable for dyeing delicate fabrics. Both of these models feature very low fabric tension. The SF 99 Silk is intended for processing such fabrics as silk, viscose, acetate, and their blends. The SF 99 dyes stretch fabrics, such as cotton/Lycra, viscose, acetate, wool/viscose, wool/silk, and viscose/silk jersey fabrics. The SF 100 dyes fabrics that are particularly sensitive to high temperatures, including 100 percent nylon and 100 percent polyester.
