Werner Mathis AG developed a new laboratory beaker dyer, MICROMAT MWA, which was exhibited for the first time at ITMA 1995. The high efficiency of the microwave heaters enables ana extremely fast heating rate of up to 10 degrees centigrade per minute. Nozzles that spray water onto the rotating beakers cool the machine. The fast heating and cooling offered by the MICROMAT MWA results in reduced process time, which is especially beneficial in production control and color shade matching.
