Kuesters Twin Jig is designed to shorten processing times by using low liquor ratios, which also reduces the quantities and concentrations of dyes, salts, and auxiliaries in effluent. The Twin Jig permits constant liquor ratios and consistent processing conditions from the smallest to the largest batch. For washing processes, the machine features counter-current water flow from the front to the back trough. An electric drive system accelerates and delays dynamically. A PLC-based system controls all machine operations.
