Gaston's jet dyeing machine is suitable for dyeing or bleaching knit cotton and synthetic/cotton blends for innerwear, high-end outerwear, and actionwear. A unique fabric transport system allows fabric to move smoothly within the keir with little friction. The machine is available in capacities of 300, 400, 500, and 600 pounds. Use of this machine has resulted in dramatic reductions in water consumption and the time required for reactive dye cleanup. The ability to run at extremely low liquor levels has reduced running wash level. The machine can be equipped with computerized controls.
