Greenville Machinery's system for indigo rope dyeing offers high production while occupying little floorspace and utilizing little energy. The double warp set (22 to 26 rope) and triple warp set (33 to 39 rope) ranges process 2 to 3 times the fabric of single warp set ranges. The process monitoring system controls nip roll pressure, dyebath pH, oxidation reduction potential of the dyebath, yarn stretch, moisture content of the yarn, temperature, chemical flow rates, and dye shades. Machine operation is flexible, allowing for mercerization/caustification and sulfur dyeing.
