Laip has introduced the Jet Rapid Model 205HT, a jet dyeing macines that keeps the material to be dyed submerged in the liquor. The machine is offered in versions for 1, 2, or 3 ropes, and can be operated at temperatures of up to 145 degrees Centigrade. The jet Rapid Model 205HT is designed especially for polyester and polyester/viscose fabrics with weights off 180-550 grams per square meter. The machine allows fabric to be dyed without prior boiling -off, desizing, or heat-setting, thus ensuring that the soft hand and flowing drape of the fabric is retained. The totally submerged fabric is not subject to thermal shock or crease formation. This Jet Rapid Model 205HT offers the possibility of double dyeing.
