The design of the Twin Jig finishing jigger, manufactured by Kuesters, features a double-bath process that reduces the concentration of dyes, salts, and auxiliaries in waste effluent. The design induces a counter-current water flow from the front to the back trough during washing, which saves water and efficiently recirculates the dye liquor. The force of the pressing rollers against the batching rollers can be adjusted for optimum liquor/fabric interchange. The Twin Jig is controlled by a dynamic electric drive system that maintains a contant fabric speed throughout the entire dyeing process.
