Henriksen's new series of machines includes the Softset Combi dryer, which operates in batch or continuous mode. It features an online filter system that removes lint from the discharge air and returns hot clean air to the dryer, reducing energy consumption. The Vacu Jigger uses vacuum technology to rinse 300 kilograms of cotton in nine passes using 5,200 liters of water and achieves a 65 percent savings in water and a 25 percent savings in time compared with conventional methods. The Dynawash, produced in a joint venture with Fong, treats tubular knit fabrics with rubber rollers that remove excess water as they move the fabric. The Dynawash treats 100 kilograms of cotton in 15 minutes, uses 600 liters of water, and achieves a 50 percent savings in water and a 75 percent savings in time compared with conventional machines.
