Brazzoli's Saturno dyeing machine reduces the time required for reactive dyeing by 35-40 percent. It uses jet dyeing technolgies to increase fabric throughput to 250-300 meters per minute. The Saturno dyeing machine processes 100-150 kilograms per channel. Other improvements include a continous injection washing system with no downtime in the cycle, the use of preheated water, and a 1:3 low wash ratio for faster soaping and rinsing. The Saturno delivers finished pieces in any color or intensity in 6-6.5 hours.
