The Devrekha Counter Flow dyeing machine can be used with speciualty silk and delicate woven and knit fabrics. The machine uses the counterflow principle for better dye liquor penetration. Tilting the machine increases the fabric holding capacity and decreases the liquor ratio. It allows higher fabric speeds, and reduced liquor pressure on the fabric. The main fabric transporting reel fully utilizes the space in the basket and avoids entanglement. Tilting the autoclave results in a reduced liquor ratio.
