Bruckner has modified its Supraflor winch unit for piece dyeing carpets. Different versions of the machine offer open width or rope dyeing. this fast and environmentally friendly processing system accommodates carpet widths of 4.2 and 5.2 millimeters, and can be customized for 50-250, 240, 300, 360, or 400 linear meters. An optional expander unit is powered by individual frequency controlled drives. pH control results in water and energy savings. Bruckner's Unicolor system is integrated with the Supraflor machine. The system optimizes dyeing levelness and streamlines dye liquor circulation. Frigoflor is an optional carpet cooling feature. The supraflor is computer, controlled to produce maximum dyeing reproducibility.
