The advantages of the Multiflow single rope dyeing machine developed by the Italian firm MCS are described. The Multiflow ensures uniformity and repeatability for the following reasons: the single rope system gives maximum uniformity, precise control of passage time (one-time only), low value of machine load/pump capacity ratio, high number of bath/fabric contacts, and application of mechanisms/services to reduce dead time in the cycle.
