On the process research of dyeing and finishing of microfibre, low tex R/T blended fabric (Chinese)

Intermittent processing and short-run production equipment is normally used for the dyeing and finishing of microfibre fabric. Continuous production equipment is rarely used to do this. In order to study the possibility of using continuous dyeing and finishing for the production of low tex fabrics made of microfibres of viscose rayon and polyester, the continuous slack rope, low-tension and short process were adopted to produce high grade R/T blended fabric with anti-shrink and easy care properties and a strong silk-like effect. A complete process of continuous dyeing and finishing for the low tex T/R fabric of microfibre is shown.
