The TCRFD ratio frequency/air aspiration drier for yarn on bobbins produced by the Italian firm Loris Bellini SpA in collaboration with Stalam is described. The drier consists of a modular drying cell, radio frequency electrodes, centrifugal air aspirator, a radio freqency generator, centrifugal ventilator, weighing system and industrial PLC. The drier is designed to dry at the lowest possible temperature so as to eliminate colour migration and the yellowing of white yarns, to reduce the partial plastification of synthetic fibres and to increase the voluminosity and softness of the yarn. The weighing system ensures constant, controlled residual humidity at the end of the cycle. The drier is available in 3 versions with capaicty of 100-200, 200-240 and 250-300 kg.
