Automated laboratory dyeing equipment produced by the Italian firm Tecnorama is described. The equipment is designed to reproduce production conditions in the laboratory. The Dos and Dye system comprises the Minidyerama, a machine for dyeing small samples in production conditions, an automatic loading and unloading system and the Dosorama V/120, an automatic dosing machine. The Dos and Dye system is in effect a completely automated and robotized micro-dyeworks which can operate continuously around the clock without human intervention.
