the reason of imperfect realization of carbon fiber durability strength were analyzed. moistening with fillup of defects of transition and macroscopic size decreases the coefficient of adoption of the carbon fiber durability. chemical or thermal treatment of the carbon fiber does not assure high coefficient of realization of durability, if moisture adsorption by fibers takes place with fillup of defects of transition size during molding. the coefficient of adoption of the carbon fiber durability in microplastics may be brought up to glass fibers level. 5 refs. in russian
