A colored-resist style could be achieved by including in the printing paste an illuminating dyestuff that is fixed in the presence of a resist agent. The illuminating color is monochlorodifluoro pyrimidine. The ground shade is printed wet-on-wet with viny sulphone dye, (pH 1-2). After moderate during the printed area is steamed for 10 minutes at 102℃ and washed. The ground-shade print is resisted in the printed areas by the presence of reducing agents which react rapidly with the vinyl sulphone group, thereby preventing fixation of the dye. The monochlorodifluoro pyrimidine illuminating color is able to be fixed under these conditions. Major factors affecting this technique such as thiourea, sodium acetate, sodium sulphite, reactive reserve, Matexil DNXL 500 concentrations, as well as the pH of the printing paste on the color strength, tensile strength, and color fasteness properties of the printed goods were thoroughly evaluated.
