Benninger's hot flue pad dry dyeing machines provide highly reliable dyeing with low maintenance costs and environmental friendliness. The range allows for the continuous in-line operation of both pad dry and pad-steam dyeing. Machine design includes a fabric feeder, padder, air passages, infrared predrying, hot flue, cooling cylinders, exit or transfer zone, booster for the addition of chemicals, drying steamer, and washing zone. Two frequency controlled diagonally offset circulating air fans in each drying chamber control air distribution in the hot flue. Heat exchangers extract the circulating air from the fabric chambers. Fabric weight, fabric construction, fiber composition, and moisture content determine air quantity and temperature for each chamber. The system adapts to any dyeing process and production quantity.
