Fong's Dynawin combines the best features of the tractor winch dyeing machine with a dynamic liquor circulation system. Fabric, which is stored in and returns to a U-box, is immersed in the dyeing liquor by passing it under the immersion roller. Dyeing liquor is drawn from the bottom of a storage chamber by the circulation pump. A certain amount of liquor overflows the trough and is recirculated. An inflation device can be installed to inject air into the fabric rope and to improve color shade and eliminate crease marks on sensitive fabrics. Fabrics run at gentle speeds of 150 to 180 meters per minute under negligible tension. The Dynawin machines are available in three series. Each series can be equipped with 1 to 6 tubes with capacities from 100 to 250 kilograms for each tube.
