Mezerra's Dualjet is a high-temperature dyeing machine with a low liquor ratio. It is recommended for dyeing delicate knit or woven fabrics in rope form. The Dualjet has two hydraulic transport systems: Venturi-tube jet nozzles and overflow nozzles. These systems can be used separately or in conjunction with one another, depending on the specific production requirements. Dualjet's maximum fabric speed is 450 meters per minute. The working liquor ratio is variable at between 5:1 and 7:1 Mezerra manufactures a wide range of wet finishing equipment. Some of these machines will be exhibited at ITMA 1991.
