LAIP's Soft Flow 600HT piece dyeing machine with a reverse fabric passage direction has already found wide approval among leading textile companies. Eighteen units ave been delivered since the machine's introduction in February 1990. The machine is versatile enough to dye sensitive materials such as silk, 100 percent polyester microfibers, wool/silk blends, and viscose and modal blends with natural fibers. A low liquor ratio helps the machine save energy, water, chemicals, and dyestuffs. The Soft Flow 600HT has the speed of a jet dyeing machine combined with the gentleness of a conventional liquor overflow dyeing machine.
