Kleinewefers' Pre-Yet and Raco-Yet units facilitate multiphase continuous processing implementation via advanced jet spray technology for desizing, scouring, and other processes. Pre-Yet's simultaneous application of thermal, kinetic, and chemical energy facilitates scouring and desizing of both synthetic and natural insoluble sizes prior to bleaching. The staggered arrangement of the jets on the front and the reverse sides of the woven fabric ensures uniform liquor distribution. The Pre-Yet unit reduces desizing times for synthetic sizes to 30-45 seconds using only water as a desizing agent. In the bleaching zone, it is possible to carry out a short bleaching process according to the Raco-Yet principle. Caustic soda may be applied to desized or highly wound products with no size in the first active zone.
