ATYC has used the Microlor series of microprocessors, which were developed for the automatic control of dyeing machines, dye kitchens, and chemical dispensing systems, to develop dyehouse software. The ATYC software is capable of the following: dye recipe preparation, dye lot production planning, and dye machine planning; detailed machine malfunction reports; and graphic display of actual and target dyeing curve values.
