MCS's Lavaprint is capable of washing off prints on woven and knit fabrics. An open-width processing section consists of LU 23.25 washing units and an SN 32.05 conveyor belt relaxation unit on which the fabric is piled in small plaits. A rope processing section consists of WR rope processing modules. Machine functions include open-width impregnation or wetting-out, relaxation at open-width with minimum tension, and high-intensity rope washing, oxidizing, and/or soaping. In addition to washing off prints, the machine can also be used in relaxation washing and washing off after cold pad-batch bleaching or dyeing. The CT 100 or 400/L-16 Conti-Dosing microprocessors control the addition of water and chemicals based on fabric weight and processing speed.
