Mezzera's Jiggers for cotton and silk dyehouses come in four models (VGJ, VGM, VGSO, and VGC) with roller widths ranging from 1400 to 3800 millimeters. Maximum speeds of these jiggers range from 150 meters per minute for the VGJ model to 30 meters per minute for the VGC model. The driving mechanisms for the fabric winding rollers are hydraulic. A microprocessor based control unit automates machine operations and monitors production variables.
