Brazzoli's Turboflow HT is an overflow dyeing machine that processes woven and knit goods in polyester/cotton blends, the entire ranges of manmade fiber, and microfibers. Production speeds as high as 400 meters per minute can be achieved due to the combined effort of the overflow system and a special liquor accelerator. Dyes and auxiliaries are metering by automatic control. The liquor ratio is a short 1:3 to 1:5. The actual fabric speed is synchronized with the transport speed by an automated control systems. This system protects the fabric from mechanical stress during processing.
