Flainox's Uni-Flow ATP is an overflow dyeing machine for dyeing, scouring, and bleaching a wide range of fabrics. The machine can handle woven and weft or wrap knit fabrics in natural and manmade fibers and blends. Fabric weights ranging from 80 to 800 grams per running meter can be processed. The redesign of this unit focused on the overflow systems; the imbibition port; and the shape, didameter, and incline of the transport tube. The Uni-Flow ATP is offered in various sizes to handle from one to six ropes. Maximum dyeing temperature is 98 degrees Centigrade, and a liquor ratio of 1:10 is used. The unit is equipped with pneumatic valves for automation of all functions.
