Fong's National Engineering Company Limited's GN6 super high temperature dyeing machine improves productivity and reduces processing costs by shortening the entire wet processing cycle for cotton. A complete wet processing cycle, including reactive dyeing, requires only 4-5 hours. The combined scouring and bleaching process occurs in 5-20 minutes. The high temperature and high pressure accelerate the decomposition of impurities, dyes, and starch. The MIR rinsing system continuously dilutes the dye liquor and keeps the water level inside the machine at the level needed to maintain the exchange of fresh and dirty water. Constant temperature dyeing at 50-80 degrees centigrade shortens the dyeing time.
