Computer color matching (CCM) and computer color kitchens reduce the time necessary for dye formulation, which significantly reduces production time, especially for novel textile products and processes. Autodispensers accurately measure dyes and chemicals based on formulations calculated by the CCM. Kurabo's Aukitchen-S100 volumetric autodispensing system measures and dispenses dyes and chemicals using a system of syringes and plungers driven by a pulse motor. Each machine operates 100 syringes divided into five independently controlled blocks for simultaneous processing of five formulations. Each block can turn on ten three-way solenoid valves at the same time.
