Proll and Lahmann manufactures the Colorcombi drum dyeing machine wherein dye is metered into and discharged from the drum along the center axis. The rotation speed is thereby reduced to a minimum and, simultaneously, the loading capacity is increased and the cycle shortened. The machine is equipped with a Colormat computer system which monitors and controls the dyeing process. Any type of garment may be dyed, including hosiery, where the percent of drawn threads is significantly decreased.
