Fong's new generation MK-6140 Fongsflow HT dyeing machine is based on the earlier model MK5A. A low lifting weight decreases fabric tension for gentle handling and minimum distortion. The machine is equipped with a programmable Continuous Overflow Rinsing system to reduce water consumption and rinsing time. The GN9-100 atmospheric overflow dyeing machine is a new generation of the GN8 series. An adjustable ELPO nozzle and infinitely variable lifter reel enables the fabric to be processed at close to synchronous speed with the dye, thus eliminating pilling, distortion, and damage.
