Henriksen's VH-Tric-O-Steam continuous washing and dyeing machine for tubular cotton knit fabrics was awarded to Danish Environment Prize for clean technology. Water consumption has been decreased by 20 percent in comparison to conventional exhaust methods. The cost of treating waste water is thereby decreased as well. The machine is capable of processing large loads with no shade differences, either from side to side or beginning to end.
