H.T.P. Unitex SpA's Mezzera HTP Celsius 143 high temperature jigs house the vat in an autoclave with an inner diameter of 2,200 millimeters. Maximum batch diameter is 1,150 millimeters. The drive system includes two AC variable speed drives individually controlled by vectorial inverters. A load cell monitors fabric tension in real time. The central axis swing lever enable treatment of delicate fabrics. The vat of the HTP Celsius 143 consists of two sections divided by a central bulkhead with two slots for high efficiency counterflow washing. Liquor contents range from 185-470 liters per meter of roller width, providing very small liquor ratios.
